Load versus stress
Load testing checks an expected workload. Stress testing deliberately explores limits and needs an agreed scope, stop conditions and suitable isolated equipment.
Run bounded website load tests and inspect response-time degradation, errors and throughput before larger traffic events.

LoadVM supports bounded load tests on verified HTTPS endpoints. The current service does not automatically drive a target to failure or guarantee a maximum-user estimate.
Contact sales for a scoped capacity assessment using appropriate generators and monitoring. Infrastructure size alone cannot establish concurrent-user capacity.
Begin below the expected traffic level and increase the selected load gradually. Watch latency, failed requests and achieved throughput at each step. Stop if the service degrades beyond the scope you agreed to test.
Rising p95 latency, increasing error rates or throughput that stops growing can indicate saturation. They do not identify its cause by themselves: application, database, network and test-generator conditions all matter.
Testing the public domain measures the response through its normal caching and delivery services. An approved origin assessment answers a different question. Keep these results labeled separately and compare like-for-like runs.
Business database tests can investigate read latency and connection failures, while approved network tests measure a selected transfer path. These separate assessments help narrow a suspected constraint; they do not automatically attribute every website error.
Increase demand in controlled steps and review latency and errors.
