Rules for authorized website, API, security, database and network testing, account use and responsible use of LoadVM resources.

This policy applies to all LoadVM users, including guest users and customers connecting their own resources. Use the service lawfully and within permissions granted by the system owner and relevant providers. Completing a platform verification does not replace permission for every resource affected by a test.
Load, active security and functional QA tests require the verification and authorization requested by the service. Choose approved targets and a bounded workload. Public speed tests do not require ownership verification, but must not be used to access restricted information or evade a target’s access controls.
Run injection and other active checks only within an explicitly authorized scope. Use test accounts and disposable data. Do not steal credentials, extract unrelated personal data, establish persistence, spread malware or use a finding to compromise another system. Stop and report an unexpected exposure to the owner through an appropriate channel.
Connect only resources you control or are permitted to manage. Obtain approval for testing, installations and network transfers. Maintain backups, use appropriately restricted database accounts and follow hosting-provider rules. Do not direct transfers or stress workloads at unrelated infrastructure.
Set sensible users, rates, volumes and durations. Monitor the affected systems and stop a test when it exceeds the agreed scope or causes unexpected disruption. Do not use LoadVM to conduct unauthorized denial-of-service activity or overwhelm shared services.
Do not create multiple accounts, rotate identities or manipulate domains to evade usage limits. Do not resell account access, share credentials to bypass plan restrictions, tamper with billing, interfere with other accounts or attempt to access another customer’s reports.
Submit only information you have permission to process. Avoid unnecessary personal data, production secrets and regulated information in test content. Do not use support, reports or notifications to distribute unlawful, abusive or unsolicited messages. Do not upload malicious content intended to attack LoadVM or its users.
No daily plan quota is not a promise of unrestricted traffic or simultaneous jobs. Resource limits and safety controls still apply. Do not bypass them, disguise prohibited activity or interfere with the platform’s availability. Test results and connected resources remain subject to your plan.
We may stop tests, pause monitoring or restrict accounts while reviewing misuse, security incidents or payment disputes. When enabled, automatic suspension applies to confirmed card-payment disputes only; crypto payments are excluded from that automatic rule. A dispute is not by itself a finding of fraud. Support can explain the review and next steps; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
