Terms for LoadVM accounts, authorized website testing, subscriptions, plan changes and use of reports.

These terms apply to loadvm.com and the testing, reporting, monitoring and support services offered through LoadVM. LoadVM is operated by the LoadVM organization. Contact [email protected] for service or legal enquiries. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf.
Provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in details secure and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share access to bypass a plan restriction or create repeated accounts to evade usage limits. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
Available features include page-speed measurements, website and API load tests, security assessments, public-page functional checks, database and network assessments, monitoring and reports. Access depends on the selected plan and the features shown at purchase. Tests examine a defined target and workload; they do not certify security, guarantee availability or establish an unlimited capacity.
Only test systems and data you own or are authorized to assess. Complete the verification and approval required for your chosen test. Public speed tests do not require ownership verification, but this does not authorize access to restricted content. Permission to test one domain does not authorize testing unrelated services or third-party infrastructure. You are responsible for obtaining any additional permissions needed.
Load and active security tests can affect availability or change test data. Use suitable test accounts and data, maintain backups, agree an appropriate scope and stop a test if it causes unexpected disruption. Do not use LoadVM for unauthorized intrusion, denial of service, credential theft, malware distribution, unlawful data collection or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
Connecting a server authorizes the approved setup and execution needed for selected tests. You remain responsible for the server, its software licences, access permissions and third-party hosting or traffic charges. Installation and access require approval. Removal may need follow-up if the server cannot be reached. Do not assume disconnecting a resource cancels your subscription.
Published plan allowances, website limits, report access and resource restrictions apply. No daily plan quota does not mean unlimited simultaneous traffic or guaranteed processing capacity. Tests may wait for capacity, stop at configured limits or fail when a target or dependency is unavailable. Monitoring and notifications are not a guaranteed emergency or uninterrupted alerting service.
The checkout confirmation shows the price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal. Maintain a valid payment method and pay amounts due. Promotional terms apply as displayed when accepted. Changes to future recurring prices will be communicated before they take effect, with any notice required by applicable law.
An upgrade takes effect when the plan change is confirmed. The unused portion already paid for the old plan is credited against the cost of the new plan for the remaining time in the current billing period. The net prorated adjustment is included in the next invoice unless the confirmation specifies a separate charge. The next full billing period is billed at the new plan rate. Review the amount and timing before confirming; taxes and discounts may affect the calculation.
You may request a downgrade or cancellation in Plans & billing. It takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period shown in your account, not necessarily the last day of a calendar month. Your current access continues until that date. A downgrade starts the lower plan at its next renewal price; cancellation returns the account to Free. Neither action creates a refund or credit for the remaining period. If the self-service option is unavailable, contact support before renewal.
Fees are generally non-refundable. A discretionary exception may be considered case by case only if no paid features were used during the billing period covered by the payment being reviewed. Approval is not guaranteed. The Refund Policy explains how to request review and how plan-change adjustments work. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or remedy required by applicable law.
You retain rights in content and data you submit. You grant LoadVM permission to process them as needed to provide the requested services and support. Only submit information you are entitled to use. Reports reflect the evidence and conditions of a particular test and may change between runs. Independently assess a recommendation before applying it. Public sample reports use illustrative data.
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling, providers and account choices. We send communications needed for access, billing, requested reports, monitoring and support. Keep your email address and chosen alert destinations current. Do not place passwords or payment-card details in support messages.
We may restrict activity or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, non-payment, legal obligations or a material breach of these terms. Payment disputes are recorded for review and generate notices. When automatic card-dispute suspension is enabled, a confirmed card-payment dispute can place a billing-review hold that stops testing and pauses monitoring. This automatic rule does not apply to crypto payments. Restoration of a suspended account requires administrator review. This does not remove your right to dispute a payment or obtain a remedy required by law. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it. Serious or urgent misuse may require immediate action. Closing an account does not remove outstanding payment obligations or records that must lawfully be retained.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but measurements, third-party services and network availability can vary. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without a promise that every defect or vulnerability will be detected. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized testing, your configuration changes or decisions based solely on a report. This does not exclude responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The page shows the current version date; material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued.
