Who handles your data
LoadVM is operated by the LoadVM organization. This policy covers personal information handled through loadvm.com and its services. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. When customers submit information about other people for testing, they are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
Account and contact information
We handle information you provide when registering, signing in or contacting support, such as your name, email address, account settings and messages. Passwords are stored as password hashes. If you choose Google sign-in when available, we receive the account information needed to identify you; we do not receive your Google password.
Testing and monitoring information
We process the websites, endpoints, settings and resources you submit, ownership-verification records, test activity and results. Depending on the feature, results can contain URLs, response information, page content, screenshots, diagnostic evidence and database or network measurements. Monitoring uses your configured targets and alert destinations. These materials may contain personal data from the systems you choose to test. Use test data and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Connected resources and access details
Features that connect to your resources require connection addresses and the access information you supply. These details are used for approved setup, testing and cleanup. Sensitive connection credentials are stored with encryption where supported by the service. Your connection address and uploaded results are visible to LoadVM where needed to operate the feature; connecting a private resource does not make that information invisible to us.
Payment records
When enabled, card checkout and billing management are handled by Stripe. We retain the identifiers and records needed to associate payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds and disputes with your account. Card details entered in Stripe are handled by Stripe; LoadVM does not request full card numbers or security codes in support messages. If a cryptocurrency payment option is offered, relevant wallet addresses and transaction references may be processed and blockchain activity may be public.
Technical information and browser storage
We process technical and usage information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, account activity and errors for service operation, security and troubleshooting. Session cookies support sign-in and guest access. Browser storage remembers preferences such as your theme. Security providers may process browser signals to protect forms and the service. Blocking essential storage may prevent parts of LoadVM from working.
How we use information
We use information to provide tests and reports, maintain accounts, verify access, manage billing, send requested alerts and emails, respond to support, investigate faults, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, or consent for optional processing that requires it.
Service providers and sharing
Hosting and infrastructure providers support storage and delivery. The current service uses OVHcloud for hosting and Cloudflare for network protection and form security; Stripe handles enabled card billing, Google supports optional sign-in, and Telegram receives alerts when you configure that destination. Providers receive information relevant to their role. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights or complete a lawful business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards. We do not publish your private reports as public sample reports.
Reports, email and third-party systems
Authorized staff may access account information and reports when necessary for operation, support or security. Report emails and notifications send relevant content to the destinations you select. Email and messaging providers process that content under their own terms. Requests sent to a website or customer resource may be logged there. Copies you download, email or otherwise share are outside LoadVM’s deletion controls.
Storage and international processing
Information may be processed where LoadVM and its service providers operate, which may differ from your country. Applicable transfer requirements depend on the data, provider and jurisdiction. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your use. We do not promise that all information remains in a particular country unless separately agreed.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, active services, report settings, support needs and legal obligations. Guest workspaces are temporary; expiry and cleanup do not reset anti-abuse usage records. Account reports and images can be removed under the service’s retention settings. Billing, dispute and security records may need to be retained after access ends. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies. Ask support about a particular record or deletion request.
Your choices and rights
You can update available profile settings, manage monitoring destinations and request account or data assistance through [email protected]. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and consider lawful retention requirements. Cancelling a subscription, signing out or unlinking a sign-in provider is not itself a request to erase all records.
Security and policy updates
We use access controls and other measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit unnecessary secrets or personal information in test payloads or support messages. We will update this policy when relevant practices change and provide additional notice where required. Contact [email protected] if you believe information has been exposed or this policy needs clarification.
